Company has a paid up capital of 250Millions Saudi Riyals (USD66.60 Millions approx. ) Company is controlled by Board of Directors and its Chairman who hail from Saudi Government, eminent Business Houses, Financial Institutions, and day to day affiars managed by Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Abdullateif M. Al-Mubarak Following are the main activities:-

SFC owns and operates Fisthing Trawlers.
Our Company owns large Shrimp Farms.
We have most Modern Processing Plants for Fresh and Frozen products supported by large Coldstores and Refrigerated Trucks.
Our Company owns and operate modern and hygeinic Retails Shops number to 85 in the Kingdom.
Our Company imports different variety of seafoods which are not available in the country or insufficient in the country for meeting the needs of the consumers.
Our Company produces and markets Value Added Seafoods (Breaded and Battered) Items Like, Fish Fingers, Fish Burgers, Tempura Coated Shrimps, Tempura Coated Fish Sticks.
We export quality products like Farm Raised Shrimps harvested from our own Farm and also our Value Added Products in large quantities.
